Re:us
Delete your Re:us account
You can delete your account whenever you like, with or without the app. Removing the app from your phone isn't enough.
In the app
- Open Re:us and sign in.
- Go to the settings and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted at once.
Without the app
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in Re:us. That proves the account is yours. This page stores nothing, not even a cookie.
You're signed in. Deleting the account deletes your settings, your phone's identifier and your history of played cards, and all unopened answers and guesses in your couple. It can't be undone. Your partner's account stays, and the couple ends.
Your account is deleted. You can close this page.
There's no Re:us account for that sign-in, so there's nothing to delete.
That didn't work, and nothing was deleted. Reload the page and try again.
If you've lost access to your Apple or Google account, write to help@coderr.io. We don't store your email address, so we can't tell which account is yours without that sign-in.
What gets deleted
- Your account and its link to Apple or Google
- All unopened answers and guesses in your couple, at once
- Your phone's identifier and notification address
- Your settings and your history of played cards
What stays
- Totals of card ratings, which can't be traced to you. They stay with no time limit.
- Purchase records required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, currently for seven years.
- Whatever Google or Apple themselves keep in your account and purchases with them.
About your partner
Your partner's account isn't deleted, and your partner can still sign in. We can't delete anything your partner has already saved outside the app, such as a screenshot.
